Practice the art of non-distraction whilst lengthening your connective tissue, ligaments and muscles. Be supported with bolsters and blankets and be soothed with Tibetan Bowl sound vibration.

To Bring: A towel, water bottle and comfortable clothing

A pre-exercise questionnaire will also need to be completed on the day.
