Website Engagement Survey

To help improve our Health Promotions content on our website, the WHFS released a survey to our community and stakeholders to obtain feedback. We sought information about our website accessibility and our services. Using QR codes, digital links, emails and physical copies, we distributed our survey. The feedback we received will help us reach the needs of our community.
This survey allowed us to find out how people used our services and their preferences.
We found that most of the people who accessed our website used their mobile phones over desktops, tablets, and laptops.
Most participants found our website very easy or somewhat easy to use.
Mental health services are highly requested by our community.
Many would like to see our Health Promotion information in different languages to make it accessible for more people.
