Womens Health & Family Services staff routinely evaluate programs, projects and activities using process, impact and outcome evaluation techniques.

We evaluate a number of different aspects of our activities including levels of participation, adequacy of resources, appropriateness of an activity’s goals with respect to the intended audience, and the capacity of the methodology to achieve desired outcomes.

Client satisfaction surveys are ongoing and feedback is regularly sought from referring agencies through service questionnaires. Staff view all evaluation feedback as integral to their continuous quality improvement processes.
